BUYER RESPONSABILITIES

EasySimUnlocker.com's services are meant for the purpose of lawfully connecting a cell phone to a phone communication network. Any other use of the unlocked phone is not the responsibility of EasySimUnlocker.com. By purchasing an unlocking service from EasySimUnlocker.com, the buyer agrees to take full legal responsibility for their actions, use, misuse, financial gain, or transfer of the cell phone.

If you provide an incorrect IMEI number when placing your order, we will generate the wrong unlock code and it will not work on your mobile phone. In this case, we will not issue a refund because we have already paid our supplier for generating the code. It is important to make sure you have the stock firmware installed on your Android phone (and not a custom ROM) to ensure the unlock code will work. If it does not, you will need to flash the original firmware back onto your phone and enter the code again.

To use our service, you must ensure that your phone model and network are compatible with our services, which are only available for GSM networks. Our services are not compatible with CDMA networks, such as Verizon. It is your responsibility to verify that your phone and network meet these requirements.

GUARANTEES

If our unlocking service is unsuccessful, we will issue a full refund as long as the following conditions are met:

The information provided by the buyer at the time of ordering is accurate, including the IMEI number, carrier, and phone model. the buyer followed the unlocking instructions correctly. the device is not stolen or blacklisted. the device has not been previously unlocked and an unlocking code has not been previously attempted on the device. Our service will not damage your handset during the unlocking process.

REFUND POLICY

If our unlocking service does not work for your device, we will contact you to confirm that the information provided at the time of ordering was accurate.
If the information is correct, we may require additional evidence to verify that the unlock procedure did not work on your device. This may include a video showing the device in question, the IMEI number on the sticker of the device and on the screen, and a demonstration of inserting an alternate SIM card and attempting to unlock the device with the provided code. If the evidence supports the claim that the unlock did not work, we will refund the purchase.

Before ordering an unlock code from EasySimUnlocker.com, please ensure that:

1. Your phone is locked to a specific carrier. If your phone is already unlocked, we will not be able to provide a refund.

2. Your phone is not blacklisted or reported as lost or stolen.

3. Your phone has not been hard locked by trying too many unlock attempts.

4. You have selected the correct phone model from our list. If your model is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

5. You have provided the correct IMEI number and selected the original country and network of your phone, not the network you wish to use or any other network.

6. Your phone uses a GSM network. We do not support CDMA providers.

7. If your phone is locked to MetroPCS or T-Mobile USA, make sure it prompts for an unlock code or has a field to enter the code. If your phone is locked via the "Device Unlock" app, you must use the special service indicated to unlock the phone. Do not ignore any warning messages.

If the phone is already unlocked, is blacklisted or reported lost or stolen, is hard locked, or is locked to a CDMA network, our service will not work and we will not issue a refund.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled because we begin processing it as soon as we receive the phone's details. Therefore, no refund will be given if you wish to cancel your order while it is still being processed. Contact us to check on the status of your order.

Duplicate orders will not be refunded.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time estimates we provide are not guaranteed, as there may be circumstances beyond our control (such as supplier delays or equipment failures) that may cause delays. However, we will do our best to meet the estimated delivery times and will keep you informed if any delays occur. We may offer a partial discount in the event of a delay. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that the delivery time is not guaranteed.

BLACKLISTED PHONES

If you have not properly terminated your contract with your original carrier and choose to switch to a different carrier, your phone may be blacklisted by your original carrier. This blacklist is shared among carriers and takes precedence over unlocking. If your phone is successfully unlocked but cannot be used due to blacklisting, EasySimUnlocker.com will not issue a refund. Please ensure that you have properly terminated your contract before switching carriers.

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION

EasySimUnlocker.com has the right to take necessary measures to prevent fraud and may refuse any suspicious or fraudulent orders. If necessary, we may request additional information to verify the use of a credit card. Any orders found to be fraudulent may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

TRADEMARK INFORMATION

EasySimUnlocker.com owns the trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the website, or they are the property of other third parties. Without the prior written consent of EasySimUnlocker.com or the third party owning the marks, you are not allowed to use them. The access, use of the EasySimUnlocker.com platform and its services, and the execution or interpretation of this agreement are governed exclusively by Romanian law currently in effect.
